I was given a room that reeked of smoke, and breakfast arrangements were flatly denied despite my long travel ordeal, leaving me entirely unsatisfied.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to main shopping and dining areas and the seafront. I loved the nearby coffee shop inside the building, perfect for a quick work session. The cleanliness of the rooms impressed me, especially during my four-night stay. The staff, particularly at the reception, were polite but sometimes struggled with English. I faced some frustration when I needed a taxi early in the morning. I wished they could have helped arrange one. The breakfast had a solid variety, acceptable for a 3-star hotel, although the seating area felt cramped. One downside was the air conditioning. on warm nights, it didn’t cool the room effectively.
